Dani project managed my residential roof replacement after storm damaged. She showed actual types of roof shingles and their individual characteristics for color, durability, warranty, and architectural design features. Upon our joint selection, her work crew started work immediately preparing my home for roofing by covering all plants, shrubs, and walkways with protective covers for catching any debris and nails. Dani inspected my roof and eaves for rot or other storm damage and ordered new lumber to replace or repair damage. Once the structural integrity met her expectations, her crew started removing the damaged roofing shingles replacing them with new architectural shingles ensuring proper venting measures and weather sealing as required. All debris and scraps were collected and hauled away. My yard was further cleared of any remaining nails and other hardware that could cause injury to children, car tires, and pets. Dani then inspected her crew’s completed work and, as a bonus, had my window screens replaced to give my home a new “polished” look – all at no additional cost. Her project management and interpersonal skills are excellent as well as her work crew leadership. I am totally amazed by her leadership and coordination skills during this project as Dani handled every detail without having to involve my assistance with insurance or supply personal. She ensured that all expectations were met — although exceeded in my professional opinion — leaving all warranty materials and contact information when leaving. The next morning Dani drove by to deliver doughnuts for my family’s breakfast. Now, if that isn’t customer service; I don’t know what is!!

P.S. After several months and rain, my roof is still rock solid with Dani checking in from time to time to ensure my satisfaction.

We were the victims of a crooked insurance adjuster. Denied our claim before anyone ever looked at our roof. We didn’t know really what to do. We scoured the Internet, trying to find people that could help and I landed on Danny from the very first time that she knocked on the door, she put us at ease at the end of it not only did we get a new roof we got new wooden floors, new rugs, new gutters, and new hot tub cover and a few other things. I’ll because we were able to get the hail damage covered I can’t say enough great things about her honest, smart , all around just a decent human being. You can’t go wrong.
