Information you send
The inspection form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested service, and any details you choose to share. ProBYLT uses this information to review the request, contact you, and create an operations record when the configured customer system accepts it.
Address verification
The server sends the submitted property address to the U.S. Census Geocoding Services API. The returned coordinates help create an accurate RoofLink property record after public lead delivery receives approval.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics can record aggregate visits, page paths, referrer hostnames, device categories, and named interaction events. Analytics events omit form fields and customer messages. The service uses privacy-focused daily identifiers in place of persistent visitor profiles.
Operations systems
Authorized staff can access customer and job information through the protected admin area. RoofLink CRM receives information through server-side requests when that integration is configured. Its API key stays in deployment secret storage.
Cookies and local storage
Core public features run without an advertising cookie. A signed, HttpOnly cookie maintains an authenticated admin session. Connected services may apply their own technical storage under their published terms.
Sharing and retention
ProBYLT shares request data with service providers that host the site, deliver the configured workflow, or support business operations. Records remain available according to the operational needs and settings of those systems.
